Submit one $0 enrollment request with your plan choice, total number of HVAC systems, and contact and service-address details. List any additional systems in the request details so our team can apply the correct additional-system rate. The $0 amount is for the request only, not the membership price.
Our team will review your request and send a customer-specific agreement/payment link. Complete that agreement and payment process to activate membership; submitting the online request does not activate it or collect the membership payment.
