Appointments, emergencies, and service area
An online request is not a confirmed appointment until Elite Air Professionals accepts it. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Emergency service may be available outside regular hours, depending on location, demand, equipment, weather, and technician availability. If there is an immediate danger, shut equipment off when safe and contact the appropriate emergency authority.
Estimates and pricing
Website prices, examples, discounts, and financing illustrations may change and do not replace a written estimate. Final recommendations and prices depend on equipment, size, condition, access, utilities, ductwork, code requirements, permits, materials, labor, and other site conditions. Additional work requires customer authorization under the applicable estimate or service agreement.
Financing
Financing is offered by third-party providers or participating lenders, including Hearth and Wisetack. Elite Air Professionals does not determine approval, rates, fees, or loan terms and does not guarantee financing. Review the provider’s disclosures and agreement before applying or accepting an offer.
